A lifetime on the Northshore — and a practical eye for homes.
Real estate isn’t just business; it’s people, families, and finding a home that fits a life. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Rooted in Mandeville
I’ve lived in Mandeville for more than 30 years and raised my family here. That means firsthand knowledge of the schools, the streets, the neighborhoods, and how the area has changed over time — not data pulled from a screen.
A practical read on a home
With hands-on experience renovating, staging, and building new construction — plus a contractor in the family — I can walk a home and tell you what’s a quick fix, what’s a red flag, and what adds real value.
Calm through a big decision
Buying or selling is emotional. I bring patience, clear communication, and honest advice so you always know what’s coming next — and never feel rushed.
I bring a contractor’s eye to every walkthrough.
Before you list — or before you buy — we’ll walk the home together and look past the paint. It’s the kind of insight that saves clients thousands and prevents costly surprises.

Roots that go back further than the subdivisions
My connection to Mandeville isn’t a tagline — it’s where my family’s life happened. Between us, my husband and I have lived across Mandeville: he grew up along the Highway 1088 corridor before most of today’s subdivisions existed — in Hidden Pines, Trailwood, and Magnolia Ridge — while I’ve lived in Pineland Park, Beau Chêne, and Meadowbrook. Married, we’ve made our home in Meadowbrook and Greenleaves.
Together we’ve also renovated homes across the Mandeville and Covington area — including in Beau Chêne and Fontainebleau — and built new construction here, including a new home we built in Meadowbrook. That means I can talk about most of these neighborhoods from the inside: how homes are built, how they hold up, and what to look closely at before you buy.
Explore the neighborhoods I know best
Each has its own price range, lifestyle, and trade-offs. Start with the one that fits — or tell me your priorities and I’ll point you the right way.
Whatever you’re considering, start with a conversation.
Buying, selling, or just exploring — there’s no pressure and no obligation. Just honest, local insight you can trust.
